Good morning, and happy Monday, yet again!  The weather is warming, and I’m getting out to shoot more, which is great!  Look forward to more adventures coming to my site; be sure to follow my blog to keep up to date with all the latest.

You should notice this set all have a consistent look.  I’m trying this out for a bit to see how it pans out.  What do you think?

I also realized there sure are a lot of beaches this week.  I assure you, that was not intentional!  Interesting how these things turn out…

This first image was from my trip to Alaska.  We backpacked 26 miles along this shore, across sand, pebbles, rocks, and boulders.  We saw bald eagles, foxes, moose tracks, and plenty of bears.  You can read all about that amazing trip here.

Oh boy, this week was tough!  I really like these images this week, and I hope you do too.  But liking them so much did make it difficult to choose my favorites.

This first one looks back on the single road that stretches into Denali National Park.  We spent an entire day on a bus just like that one, hopping out periodically to snap a few shots like this one.  We had clouds while we were there, but they added some interesting texture to the sky.  You can read all about that journey here.

Happy Monday!

As I mentioned before, I’m switching up my schedule, moving these previously-Friday posts to Mondays.  Some wistful scenery from distant locations should start your week off well 🙂

With the move, this also means I have a couple of extra pictures this week; I’m sure you won’t mind.

Boy, this week was really tough to sort!

This first one was from the train in Alaska.  I passed almost the entire ride standing between the cars, braving the rushing wind to capture as much of the passing landscape into pixels as I could.
