Take 2 of the Canyon Overlook in Zion at dawn!

Biweekly Wow: Zion’s Canyon Overlook

TWOI: 3/26/18
Another fun set this week.
I’ve been experimenting (again) with a few things on Instagram to improve visibility, and I have a few more ideas. Look forward to my feed continuing to improve!
This first image was from my bush plane flight to the backwoods of Alaska to backpack and chase bears. It was an unforgettable trip. If you missed those stories, you can find them all right here.

A hike through the dark, shooting in the rain.. but it surprisingly paid off!

We couldn’t get enough of Bryce Canyon! Here’s a little taste.

Another week gone by! January is simply flying; before I know it, it’ll be summertime again.
This week on Instagram, I focused a bit on some Yosemite pictures from last year. It’s wintertime again, and this season reminds me so much of that trip. Exciting news: we’ve booked flights to Bryce/Zion! Look forward to pictures from that trip after February. I sure hope there’s snow!
This first picture was my submission for Leanne Cole’s weekly Monochrome Madness challenge with the theme of “holidays.” This photo was actually taken at a Lindsey Stirling concert, and these were lights on the curtained wall. So festive!

Busing Denali
One way to see this beautiful park is to bus it from one end to the other!

This week was a little better! I saw increased engagement, and I even have a new inductee to the 100 Club! I think I’ve finally figured out the secret, and I really should have known: my own engagement makes my account more visible. I made a point this week if spending five minutes each time I post not only posting my picture, but then turning around and liking, commenting, and following others. It takes more time, but I see huge improvements when I do those things. Go figure.

The world has so much to offer, and we usually sleep right through it!

We finally made it to the famed Delicate Arch!
