Never pass up a free trip!
We jokingly call this the “Shawshank Bridge” because this looks like a passageway into a prison grounds. Fortunately, it does not mark the end of freedom; it is merely one of the many bridges I cross along the daily route of my commute.
Today, I’m calling in “photographer.”
I don’t usually do a lot of panoramas. They take extra work that I don’t always have patience for; more often than not, panoramic sets sit abandoned in my raw photos directory, waiting futilely for some caring soul to stitch them together. However, when I do put in the time for a panorama, I make it count (insert Dos Equis meme here).
I wake up at 5am every day (yes, even weekends). This means I always get to see the sunrise, which is a real treat, especially when Waterfront Park is almost completely devoid of all human life, save for the most devout joggers. I am fortunate to work close enough to home to be able to walk every morning, and this is my commute.
